Tuna

 Homemade is very easy, cleaner and cheaper than any canned tuna

It is enough that it is guaranteed

The steps are easy and simple

Method

Mackerel fish, the original fish is half a kilo in order to be a lot of meat, few thorns and easy cleaning

Put a pot of water on the stove to boil

 The amount of water is equal to the amount of fish (cover it)

Put these spices before the fish

Whole black pepper, whole coriander, bay leaf, cardamom, large lemon slices, chopped onion, possible chopped carrot, a spoonful of salt and vinegar

When the water boils, add the fish

(cut the fish 4 pieces crosswise)

When the water boils, reduce the level of fire as if it is a candle for two hours

Two hours later

We put the fish in cold water to make it easier to remove the thorns and skin

We put the fish in a box containing the oil solution for preservation: a cup of oil, half a cup of vinegar, a spoonful of salt and a cup of boiling water
